Jane testifies Diddy asked her for "bad girl" videos on text messages during their alleged relationship
On Monday, June 9, 2025, Diddy's sex trafficking trial entered its fifth week, with Jane returning to the stand to continue her testimony.
Jane, who is testifying under a pseudonym, is one of Combs' former girlfriends, whom the rapper dated between 2021 and 2024. The witness first took the stand last Thursday, June 5, and her testimony is still ongoing.
During her testimony on Monday (June 9), Jane read aloud a text thread between Combs and her from September 15, 2023, as per CNN.
In the text message, Diddy wrote:
"Send me some sh*t of you being bad girl."
In response to his text, Jane suggested that they watch something together instead, also sharing concern about footage from their "hotel nights" — sexual encounters involving a male "entertainer" where the Bad Boy Records owner directed every activity.
Further in her text messages, Jane went on to accuse Diddy of using her video with another woman, to which the rapper responded:
"Just do what I say please I’m horny... Stop it don’t say no to me please."
Jane shared feeling upset at the time of this exchange, as she had heard Diddy boast about having sex with another woman for 48 hours straight during a podcast interview.
As per CNN, she stated that the incident Diddy referred to in the podcast took place on a yacht excursion where the rapper had promised to take her on originally. However, he ended up going on the trip with another woman, and later told Jane they didn't have sex.
As per CNN reports, Jane also testified to getting Combs to purchase a separate mobile phone to store videos from their "hotel nights," since the security codes of his regular phones were known to all of his assistants.
Jane described her relationship with Diddy as consisting only of "loveless cold sex" in a text message
At another point in Jane's testimony on Monday, June 9, she read aloud messages exchanged between Diddy and her in October 2023, saying that she no longer wanted to be mistreated by him.
Her text messages read:
"Our experiences are desensitizing sex for me. I don’t feel like performing loveless cold sex."
As per CNN, Jane also testified to feeling frustrated with their relationship, claiming Combs treated her differently than he did other women and made her struggle for basic things "like love and respect and romance."
In another one of her text messages, she asked the rapper for a break, writing:
"I’m not a porn star. I’m not an animal. I need a break I don’t want to do anything I’ve hit a wall."
When Combs insisted, claiming to "only make love" to her, she wrote that she was "tired" of having to have sex with "strangers" for three years. He responded by saying that they were breaking up.
As the conversation continued, Diddy asked her to spend his "only day off" together with "no strangers," which Jane was unwilling to do, writing that it was "loveless" for her. She replied with:
"Spend the day with your family or Gina, I need time to myself."
As per Cassie Ventura's previous testimony, "Gina" is another woman with whom Combs had a relationship. Jane testified in the courtroom that regardless of how good a night they spent, Combs wasn't satisfied with it and wanted her "to do more and more."
As per NPR, Combs, who has denied the allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering, potentially faces life imprisonment if convicted of these charges.
