Diddy’s former lover Jane continued her testimony against the rapper on June 10, 2025. Notably, the witness provided details about the rented house where she started living two years ago.

As per the live updates from the trial posted by CNN, defense attorney Teny Geragos questioned Jane if she ever believed that Sean “Diddy” Combs would discontinue paying the rent for the house at one point. Jane testified that she expected it to happen and said:

“There were some times that I definitely felt that he would do that. And he used it kind of as a little tool. The rent was always just like a little reminder.”

Jane claimed in her testimony last week that she started living in the house in April 2023. Apart from this, she reportedly received $10,000 per month from Combs to pay the rent for the house, and the rapper has continued paying the rent all this time.

During her recent appearance in court, Jane said that while she moved into the house, Sean allegedly paid a security deposit worth $40,000. The paid amount also included the rent for the first and last months, as CNN reported.

While speaking at the court last week, Jane claimed that the amount she received to pay the rent was a part of a love contract she reportedly entered into while being romantically linked to Sean Combs. The witness testified that the contract was finalized based on the fact that it matched the time frame of their romance.

Jane said that she agreed to record the hotel nights organized by Diddy

While giving her testimony on June 10, 2025, Jane opened up on the hotel nights, saying that she had no problem with the video recording them. She added that Sean had initially told her that the videos wouldn’t be shown to anyone else, and the details of the same would stay between them.

As per CNN, Jane told the court that she reportedly gave her best performance since she was aware that Diddy would watch the videos.

Furthermore, Jane claimed that the hotel nights did not continue for long hours on some particular occasions and that she rarely said that she did not want to participate anymore. Apart from that, Diddy reportedly dismissed certain entertainers on a few nights when Jane expressed her discomfort with any one of them in particular.

Jane had previously told the court that she once became emotional when Sean Combs decided to leave early following a hotel night. The witness recalled the occasion during her latest testimony, saying that Combs allegedly changed his plans so that he could stay with her for some time.

Jane testified that she was crying on another occasion and confirmed that Sean was reportedly high on ecstasy at the same time, due to which he told her that she was going to “ruin” his high, as reported by CNN.

Jane first took the stand on Thursday, June 5, 2025, and she told the court at the beginning of her testimony that she was romantically linked to Diddy between 2021 and 2024. However, Jane’s identity was revealed only to the jury members.
