Shotzi opened up about her WWE departure and revealed if she would be willing to return to the company. The promotion decided not to renew her contract earlier this year.
In an interview today on The Ariel Helwani Show, the veteran commented on her departure from the company and admitted that she will likely never know the real reason. However, the former champion suggested that the company didn't feel like they could make money with her.
“I probably will never know why they released me, but WWE doesn’t owe me anything. That’s showbiz, right? They just didn’t think that I was money and that’s OK. I can take that," she said.
The popular star added that she would be open to returning to the company someday because she loved the locker room.
“I would love to be back at WWE. I loved working there. I didn’t love not working there, you know what I’m saying? It was only when I wasn’t being used that I was unhappy. But anytime I was being used, good time. Loved the locker room, loved everyone I was working for," she added. [H/T: F4WOnline]

Shotzi's last match in the company was a loss to Zoey Stark on WWE Speed. Stark suffered a major injury last month but provided an update following her surgery yesterday on social media.
Former WWE star Shotzi recently detailed her frustrations with the company following her exit.
Speaking on Busted Open Radio, the 33-year-old stated that being in the promotion is the best job in the world when they believe in you. However, Shotzi admitted it was very frustrating when the company didn't have plans for her.
"It is extremely frustrating. When they're utilizing you it's the best job in the world. It's so much fun and it really is the best. But like when you're in the dark and you're pitching things and it just feels like no one wants to talk to you, it just feels like no one believes in you and you're just sitting at home or you're sitting in catering for months," she said.
