CM Punk may not return to WWE for a while

CM Punk has been engaged in a massive feud with Seth Rollins since December, and things have been heating up every week. After defeating him on the RAW Netflix Premiere episode, both men had some massive ups and downs, with Roman Reigns also involved. Their triple-threat match at WrestleMania 41 ended in Rollins’ favor after Paul Heyman betrayed them to shock the world.

Punk has been trying to take down Rollins’ new faction on the red brand lately and was last seen on WWE TV at Saturday Night’s Main Event. The show featured Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker against CM Punk and Sami Zayn. However, Bronson Reed made his surprising return to drive Punk through the barricade and align with the Visionary, leaving the world shocked yet again.

Punk has not been on WWE TV since the attack from Reed at Saturday Night’s Main Event, and he missed this year’s Money in the Bank premium live event as well. WWE is now set to feature another massive premium live event from Saudi Arabia. WWE Night of Champions is set to be hosted on June 28 in Riyadh, which fans have been quite excited about, considering the recent developments in the title scenes.

While CM Punk might make his comeback around the premium live event, he recently revealed that he has never been to the kingdom. While Punk also cleared that he doesn’t hate the country, he hinted that he might not be present at the premium live event.

This is the reason Punk might not return to the company anytime soon. Rather, he will likely make his comeback around the Biggest Party of the Summer to build a match, probably against Rollins’ faction. While this is all speculation for now, time will tell when the Best in the World will be back in the squared circle next.

Dominik Mysterio had some harsh comments about CM Punk recently

Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio addressed his hatred for the Voice of the Voiceless recently. The Judgment Day star was the first name Punk competed against following his return to WWE, and the two have battled numerous times at live events since then.

During a recent edition of The Wrestling Classic, Mysterio set the record straight, stating that he hated the legend and wanted to kick him.

"I think we both mutually hate each other equally because I f***ing hate CM Punk. I don't know what it is about that guy because he looks like Eddie Munster, and I just want to kick him in the f***ing face, or the fact that, like, 'Oh, he finally did it.' He finally got his WrestleMania main event, like, good for you, old man. 60 years old, and it took you 45 years to accomplish your one goal, like, god***n, dude. It's about time," Dominik said.

The WWE Universe hasn’t witnessed a big feud between them yet, and fans will have to wait and see if WWE books a story between them in the future.
