6 WWE Superstars without proper direction at the moment

WWE is the biggest pro wrestling company on Earth. Not only does it have the biggest global footprint, but the company also produces the most programming.

TKO and World Wrestling Entertainment currently have five brands. RAW and SmackDown are the big two, with NXT also airing on primetime television. Evolve was relaunched under the TKO banner earlier this year, and the company recently announced that it has acquired AAA.

This doesn't even include programming such as LFG, Speed, Saturday Night's Main Event, Main Event, and Premium Live Events. With so many shows, World Wrestling Entertainment also requires a large amount of talent. Most stars in the company are regulars on television with interesting stories. Unfortunately, there are some who get lost in the shuffle.

There are a handful of talented performers who lack proper direction. This article will examine six stars who appear directionless, including two tag teams and a current world champion.

Below are six WWE Superstars who are without a proper direction at the moment.

#6. IYO SKY doesn't seem to have an obvious challenger

IYO SKY is an incredible pro wrestler. She has also blown away expectations and is one of the more successful stars in WWE. She has held tag team gold and world titles in addition to winning all of the gold available to her in NXT.

The Genius of the Sky is the reigning Women's World Champion. She won the title weeks before WrestleMania and then successfully defended the gold against Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair at WWE's Show of Shows.

Unfortunately, she seems pretty aimless at the moment. Fans thought a feud with Liv Morgan was being teased, but now The Miracle Kid is seemingly focusing on Nikki Bella. This leaves SKY in no man's land with no clear direction.

#5. Austin Theory & #4. Grayson Waller, A-Town Down Under are directionless

A-Town Down Under is a duo on WWE Monday Night RAW. The tag team is made up of former United States Champion Austin Theory and the self-proclaimed Aussie Icon, Grayson Waller. The pair held tag team gold on SmackDown in the past.

For quite some time, Theory and Waller have been at each other's throats. They routinely bicker and even get each other in matches that the other doesn't want. Many WWE fans assumed they would have split up by now, likely with Austin Theory turning babyface, but it has yet to happen.

Instead, no official split or turn has happened yet. Triple H and World Wrestling Entertainment just continue to tease it, and then both men will disappear from television for weeks at a time, if not longer, before repeating the same steps again and again. They are clearly directionless.

#3. Pete Dunne & #2. Tyler Bate, New Catch Republic are criminally underutilized

New Catch Republic is another tag team on WWE RAW. This tandem features for United Kingdom Champions Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne, who have been both long-time friends and enemies at various points in their careers.

Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate reunited after Bate returned from an injury ahead of WrestleMania. Pete then took time away from WWE due to paternity leave. However, he has been back for several weeks now, but they've been exclusively on the Main Event program instead of being highlighted on Monday Night RAW.

Pete did recently tease a feud with The New Day on social media. Unfortunately, about two weeks later, there are no signs that this feud will happen. The talent of Bate and Dunne is being completely wasted.

#1. Ludwig Kaiser has mostly disappeared from WWE programming

Ludwig Kaiser is an underrated performer on WWE Monday Night RAW. He has held some gold thanks to winning the NXT Tag Team Titles alongside Giovanni Vinci, but he is still not quite at the level he should be.

The German star spent years working with Gunther. He was often seen as The Ring General's second in command in Imperium. Giovanni Vinci and Alexander Wolfe, two former members of the group, were always seemingly beneath the A+ Specimen. Gunther told Kaiser last year to focus on his own career, however.

While that started off well, he has fallen into the background and now rarely appears on RAW. Given how talented he is in the ring, his mic skills, and his look, it is a shame that such a great wrestler is lacking direction. Triple H must fix this soon.
