Sean "Diddy" Combs reportedly commented on his courtroom sketches, according to Reuters. During Diddy's trial in New York City on June 5, 2025, when the trial resumed from the lunch break, Combs allegedly approached the courtroom artist.

The courtroom sketch artist, Jane Rosenberg, is in Manhattan federal court and has been documenting the trial, as photography and video recording are prohibited. Rosenberg told Reuters that on Thursday, Combs reportedly instructed her to "soften" the sketches of him.

"Soften me up a bit, you're making me look like a koala bear," Combs allegedly stated.

On June 5, 2025, Judge Arun Subramanian called out the rapper for "nodding vigorously" at the jury during cross-examination and sidebar discussions. The Judge warned Diddy's attorney, Marc Agnifilo, that this action was "unacceptable" and that if he didn't refrain, he would be removed from the courtroom.

"There was a line of questioning where your client was nodding vigorously and looking at the jury... [This was] absolutely unacceptable. This can't continue or I will give a limiting instruction you won't like, or other measures including barring your client from the courtroom. Do you understand?" Judge Arun Subramanian stated.

Diddy's lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, told Judge Subramanian it wouldn't happen again. On Thursday, Bryana Bongolan, a former graphic designer for Diddy and friend of Cassie Ventura, continued her testimony. After that, "Jane," Diddy's ex-girlfriend, testifying under a pseudonym, took the stand.

What did Combs' former girlfriend, "Jane," testify?

On June 5, 2025, a woman using the pseudonym "Jane" testified. She stated that she dated Sean "Diddy" Combs from 2021 to 2024. Jane said during their relationship, Combs allegedly convinced her to participate in "Freak-offs." The alleged sex parties were a part of her "routine."

"I just remember at this point in our relationship, this just had become so routine that I just was in my same rhythm just, like, robotically just the same thing," she said.

Jane's texts from 2022 and 2023, which she had not sent to Combs but kept in her Notes app, were shown in court. It detailed how she felt while the rapper reportedly told her to have sex with a male escort.

When asked about the "Freak-off" parties, Jane stated that she participated in them to make Combs happy. She also shared that he paid her rent then and continued to do so after their breakup.

"I just wanted to give him what he wanted and I wanted to make him happy and I wanted to just have a good, upbeat night with him," she said.

This week, Bryana Bongolan, Combs' former graphic designer, Eddy Garcia, the security supervisor of the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles, and "Jane" testified at the court.

According to CNN's June 6, 2025, the trial will resume on Monday (June 9, 2025), and "Jane" will resume her testimony.
