R&B singer William Ray Norwood Jr., a.k.a. Ray J, recently claimed he was fleeing the country during a Twitch livestream. Citing the musician's livestream last week, Hot New Hip Hop reported that Norwood Jr. shared his travel plans in light of developments in Diddy's RICO trial.

During the Twitch stream, the singer reacted to rumors that he was one of Cassie Ventura's (Diddy's ex-girlfriend, who testified against him in court) drug dealers. Noting that the reports were false, Norwood Jr. continued to read through online speculations. At one point, netizens suggested that the One Wish hitmaker would have to testify in court, and authorities were "coming" to get him.

This prompted him to joke he was "packing all his bags" and "getting outta here." Alleging he was fleeing the United States for Antigua on a jet plane, he quipped:

"If they on my Twitch, they better come get me now, ’cause I’m gone. And when I’m gone, ain’t no turning back, n**ga. I'm going to Antigua."

However, he commented in jest, and Ray J is not actually fleeing the country.

Former Death Row CEO, Suge Knight Jr., recently alleged that Ray J and Diddy were lovers

Earlier during the stream, Ray J suggested he was documenting and packing estranged wife Princess Love's (and his) things. The clip featured several packing boxes, as people were seen sorting out items, with many things that seemingly looked like they belonged to his children.

While the Mississippi-born musician was addressing speculations that he was named during Diddy's ongoing trial, the audience had a glimpse of packing boxes in the background. Moreover, he even pointed to them while joking about fleeing, fueling the rumors about the same.

Speculations about Ray J and Diddy began last month after the former spoke in support of his friend as his trial entered its 5th week. Police arrested the Bad Boy Records founder last September over charges of s*x trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

According to his indictment, the rapper ran a “criminal enterprise” that s*xually and physically abused “women and others” for years. This included participating in “elaborate and produced“ s*x parties called freak-offs. Per the authorities, his victims were coerced using threats and drugged to remain compliant.

Since then, internet users have speculated on who might have attended the said parties. Some speculated about Ray J's alleged presence.

Last month, Suge Knight Jr., the former CEO of Death Row Records who is currently in prison, called Piers Morgan Uncensored to allege that "Ray J and Puffy were definitely lovers." He even claimed that this was common knowledge in the industry, as reported by the Root.

In response, the R&B singer slammed the ex-record executive, stating Suge's actions were "unbelievable" and "disappoint(ing)." He stated:

"For you to showcase how dirty and dark you are. And I been supporting you, even through the dark times," before adding, "You are not my friend. You are not my family. You disrespected the gay community. You disrespected me by telling false stories."

Ray continued to allege Suge was gay.

Last week, Ray J also criticized his fans after facing backlash for his support for his friend, Diddy, reported Hot New Hip Hop. At the time, he stated that he was petty and would respond in kind to the comments he received.
