The film primarily focused on three separate stories across different historical periods that ultimately converged for an epic climax. In all the narratives, the Predators encountered various human warriors, who managed to defeat them. However, the three warriors found themselves on the Predator's planet, where they were forced to fight each other for survival.

Ursa, the Viking warrior, was the oldest and the only woman among the three. She ultimately sacrificed herself to help the other two warriors, Kenji and Torress. The last visual showed Ursa being recaptured and kept in cryogenic freeze.

The main voice cast of the film included Lindsay LaVanchy, Louis Ozawa, Rick Gonzalez, Michael Biehn, Doug Cockle, and Damien Haas, among several others.

Predator: Killer of Killers introduced three protagonists

Predator: Killer of Killers began in the medieval period and followed Ursa, the middle-aged daughter of an Earl, as she led a band of fighters to avenge her father, Einar. Many years back, Chief Zoran had defeated him and forced Ursa to kill her own father.

Ursa and her men, who included her young son, decimated their enemies and killed Zoran. However, a Yautja had been waiting to confront the victor. He began fighting them and killed Ursa's army, but eventually got defeated by her. But, soon she realized that her son had also fallen on the battlefield.

The second story took place in 1609 Japan, where two brothers, Kenji and Kiyoshi, were pitted against one another by their warlord father, as a test to choose his successor. Kiyoshi got the better of Kenji, becoming the heir, while Kenji ran away, only to return after 20 years. The brothers fought, but this time Kenji got the better of Kiyoshi.

The two had to work together to fight the Predator who had been stalking them. They killed the Yautja, but Kiyoshi succumbed to his injuries and died.

Similarly, the third narrative took place in 1942, during the Second World War. This time, a young U.S. Navy fighter pilot came across the Predator. He lost his fellow soldiers and commander while battling against the advanced Yautja ship, but eventually outmaneuvered it and killed the enemy.

Ursa, Kenji, and Torres were forced to fight one another in Predator: Killer of Killers

The three victors who had successfully killed Predators found themselves on the Yautja ship. They faced communication problem, as they were from different periods of history. Soon, they were taken to an arena where they were told to battle against each other. The survivor was to face-off the Warlord Predator.

Ursa had fought her entire life, so taking down Kenji and Torres for survival was not a problem for her. She attacked them, but Kenji and Torres worked together to fight her while convincing her to join hands against their common enemy.

To make the battle more interesting, the Warlord Predator released a huge monster into the arena, which swallowed Torres whole. Ursa and Kenji teamed up to face the monster, while Torres sliced him from the inside. The three killed the monster and made their way towards the Warlord's ship.
