A former WWE star said goodbye to her gimmick following her departure from the company. The star in question has not competed in a match since the February 19, 2024, edition of WWE RAW.

Valhalla used to be aligned with The War Raiders and would accompany the popular tag team to the ring. She revealed on social media earlier this month that the company was letting her contract expire.

The veteran also competed as Sarah Logan in the past. She took to Instagram recently to change her username and share a heartfelt post. The 31-year-old's name on Instagram is now Sarah Rowe, signifying the end of the Valhalla gimmick.

"I think the hardest thing to process through all of this is my at home life hasn’t changed. I haven’t had a normal wrestling schedule since becoming pregnant with my second son, so I’ve been at home, tending to my family and farm, anticipating that my life was about to make a big shift when I came back to wrestling. So that’s the strangest part, to have a humongous life event happen and to not have your life change," she wrote.

The former Riott Squad member is married to Erik of The War Raiders in real life. Erik and Ivar had an impressive reign as World Tag Team Champions earlier this year but were dethroned by The New Day at WrestleMania 41.

Valhalla comments on WWE departure

Former WWE star Valhalla recently shared her reaction to the company letting her contract expire.

The popular star revealed the news on Instagram earlier this month and claimed that she was going to take the weight off her shoulders of being a WWE Superstar. She added that her social media pages will no longer be focusing on professional wrestling.

"I’m going to take off the weight of being a superstar and let myself soar being just Sarah. She’s been growing on me and it’s time I let her fully cultivate. I love all the people you’ve brought into my life but my social media page won’t be about you anymore. It will share only the parts of me that I wish and none of that will be wrestling," she added.
