Smallville actress Allison Mack recently tied the knot with a man named Frank during a small ceremony in L.A. sometime last week, as reported by TMZ on June 11, 2025.

Mack was previously married to Nicki Clyne from 2017 to 2020, and Mack filed for divorce in December 2020 shortly after pleading guilty to racketeering charges in 2019 and apologizing for her involvement in the cult-like self-help group NXIVM.

For the unversed, Allison Mack was arrested in 2018 for her involvement with NXIVM- a self-help organization founded by Keith Raniere. She pleaded guilty to conspiracy and racketeering charges concerning her efforts to recruit women to the NXIVM s*x cult in April 2019. Mack was sentenced to 3 years in prison and was released early in July 2023.

In addition to shocking revelations about abuse, coercion, and manipulation in the organization, federal prosecutors claimed that Nicki Clyne and Allison got married "at the behest" of Keith Raniere, as reported by Kare 11 in December 2020. Moreover, a one-time publicist for the alleged cult claimed that Nicki had been involved with NXIVM for 12 years and quit her acting stint to follow Keith.

The news publication also cited Catherine Oxenberg's daughter, India, regarding her claims about Allison Mack and Nicki Clyne's marriage, alleging that she was forced to be a witness at their wedding.

"I didn’t realize at the time what I had done was a federal crime. They were not in love and Nicki was Canadian and she needed the marriage in order to stay in the country. This whole thing was orchestrated by Keith." Catherine Oxenberg's daughter said

"She just started shaking": When Nicki Clyne detailed Allison Mack's arrest in HBO's true-crime docuseries

Season 2 of HBO's true-crime docuseries, The Vow, came out in October 2022, and it aimed to showcase the reality of NXIVM and its founder, Keith Raniere, in the light of the organization being a s*x cult and Ponzi scheme.

The docuseries detailed the arrest of Smallville actress Allison Mack, in which the first episode, called 'Tests of Loyalty,' featured Allison's former partner, Nicki Clyne, speaking about her arrest on camera.

"We were moving when they came to arrest Allison. This guy came up to me and shows me his badge and he's like, 'Is Allison Mack in there?' And when she saw [them], I was like, 'Allison, they are here to arrest you.' And she just started shaking." Nicki recalled.

Clyne recalled that she helped her ex-wife while being taken away by the authorities, stating that she required shoes without laces and had to take off her jewelry as well. Describing the time without Allison Mack and NXIVM leader Keith Raniere, Nicki Clyne said:

"I thought I was going to see her later that day. I don't even think I gave her a hug. I was just like, 'I'll see ya in a little bit.' And that was it. It's been a very isolating experience without Allison and also without Keith."

In addition to describing Allison's arrest, Nicki Cyne reinforced her support toward Keith Raniere, who was found guilty on counts of racketeering, conspiracy, and s*x trafficking in 2019. Discussing her decision to join Raniere, who was sentenced to 120 years in prison, Allison Mack's ex-partner mentioned in the HBO docuseries that she felt proud of her choices and wanted to stand by them.

Sources told TMZ that Allison Mack and her current husband, Frank, met in a dog park in Los Angeles after her 21-month-long prison sentence. The couple reportedly got engaged around Christmas in 2024.
