The Jonas Brothers canceled several shows for their upcoming concert tour. In a statement shared on X on Friday, June 13, 2025, the band announced that they are making some changes to their scheduled concerts. These changes will be reflected throughout August and the first week of September.
The Jonas Brothers canceled 6 tour dates in 6 different venues and cities. It includes Chicago (Wrigley Field), Washington, D.C. (Nationals Park), Detroit (Comerica Park), Philadelphia (Citizens Bank Park), Dallas (Globe Life Field), and Los Angeles (Dodger Stadium).
However, according to the band, it's just a venue change, adding:
"BUT REST ASSURED, ALL PERFORMANCES ARE STILL HAPPENING ON THE SAME DATES AND IN THE SAME CITIES."
Per the band's updated show details, the Washington D.C. concert on August 12 will now be held at Jiffy Lube Live. Philadelphia's August 14 show will take place at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion, and Chicago's venue for August 26 has been moved to Tinley Park's Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre.
Meanwhile, the August 28 concert in Detroit will now be held at the Little Caesars Arena, Dallas's August 31 at Dos Equis, and LA's September 6 at the Intuit Dome.
As for the canceled concerts, the Jonas Brothers stated that previous ticket purchases of the canceled shows will get "first priority pre-sale access" for the new venue. Refunds will also be issued automatically, and the on-sale for the new venues will begin on June 18, 2025, at 10 am local time.
The Jonas Brothers are gearing up for the release of their new studio album, Greetings From Your Hometown. But before the album drops on August 8, 2025, the sibling band gave their fans a live LP to tide them over for the next couple of months. On Friday, June 13, 2025, they released Live From the O2 London, a 24-track collection recorded from their concert at the London venue in 2024.
Prior to Friday's release, the band already teased the project in an Instagram post earlier in the week, giving their millions of fans a general idea of what the album will include.
"Tracklist includes songs from the early days, unreleased music from our upcoming studio album, and a ton of favorites in between," they said.
The live album features a series of the band's biggest hits, including Only Human, Year 3000, Sucker, Waffle House, and What a Man Gotta Do. It also includes the band's cover of Dreams, the 1993 hit by the Cranberries, and their unreleased track titled When You Know.
Their newly released live album and the upcoming studio album in August are part of the celebration for the sibling band as they reach another milestone. The Jonas Brothers are celebrating their 20th anniversary this year.
In March 2025, they dropped their new single Love Me to Heaven. Prior to that, they released 2 more tracks. The first one was Slow Motion with Marhmello, released on January 17, 2025, and I Dare You with Rascal Flatts was released later on January 31, 2025. Meanwhile, after the August 8 release of their new album, The Jonas Brothers will launch their 20th anniversary tour, just 2 days later.
