Arsenal are reportedly facing the risk of missing out on their priority summer target Benjamin Sesko with Premier League rivals Chelsea registering their interest. As reported by Mirror (via Tribal Football), Enzo Maresca's side are keen on Sesko despite signing Liam Delap from Ipswich Town already.

Arsenal have been heavily linked with Sesko in recent months but are yet to make a formal offer for the Slovenia international. It has been claimed that Chelsea are ready to make an approach for the 22-year-old despite already adding Liam Delap to their ranks.

Gunners boss Mikel Arteta is reportedly still considering whether to make a move for Benjamin Sesko or Viktor Gyokeres. The latter has also been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates in recent months.

Mikel Arteta's Arsenal side are clearly in need of a clinical striker, having finished runners-up in the Premier League for three seasons in a row. A host of names have been linked with the north London giants, including Sesko and Gyokeres.

Aged 22, Sesko is currently on the books of RB Leipzig and is still pretty much in the development phase of his career. He scored 21 goals in 45 appearances across competitions last season for Leipzig while providing six assists.

Gyokeres, on the other hand, has been one of most lethal goalscorers in Europe since joining Sporting CP in 2023. He scored 54 goals in 52 appearances last season while contributing with 13 assists.

Chelsea have already signed Liam Delap from Ipswich Town in a deal worth a reported £30 million. However, they are still believed to be looking for another attacker with Sesko and Hugo Ekitike in their wishlist.
